Joe Jonas, the singer-songwriter who made a name for himself with the Jonas Brothers, and later with DNCE, must have surprised his financial advisor when he decided to pay 6 figures for less than four months’ rent on this gorgeous 5,600 square foot mansion. The two-story property features 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (one with a huge walk-in shower room, and another with an old school bathtub), an office, a home theatre, an open kitchen, a walk-in closet, a breakfast bar, a dining room, and not forgetting, the functioning fireplace! Outside there is a huge swimming pool, which has its’ own pool house and bathroom included. Jenna Jameson, a former adult film star, ran into some trouble with her previous LA mansion in 2013, when apparently she was renting out the mansion while she was living with her ex Tito Oritz in Huntington Beach in a $3.4 million mansion. Apparently she defaulted on payments and couldn’t sell it, so the mansion was auctioned off. She paid $2.7 million for the 3,958 square foot mansion back in 2006. She is now engaged to Israeli businessman Lior Bitton, they have a daughter together, and live together with her twin sons from her relationship with Oritz.
