The person that had dropped this iPhone obviously needed it back. She put her finger on the home button, causing the phone to come to life. When she stroked the screen, she was amazed to find that it was open. She was grateful for the carelessness of teenagers for once, remembering how she used to be all those years ago. She then went straight into the contacts list and discovered the relevant contact of “Mom.” She gave the woman a call.

One Missed Call
Nothing happened. It seemed like the screen was malfunctioning, as no matter how hard she pressed on the green call circle, there was no response. That was when her own phone rang, giving her a fright as she thought for a second that ‘Mom’ was calling her. She answered the phone nervously, only to hear her best friend’s voice. She asked how her test had gone, just a casual question, nothing startling at all.
