To top it off a cookbook loaded with Victorian-style recipes. That is exactly what happened to a British couple, after doing some exploring in their basement.

This husband and wife were no strangers to finding treasures in their new home. Linda and Wally DeForest were cleaning out their basement when Linda found the torpedo, confused at first, Wally went to check it out and without further adieu decided it was, in fact, a torpedo and authorities needed to be contacted.
