1938 Superman comic book? Check. How much do you think you could get for this at an auction? A near-perfect copy about $2.16 million, graded in 2011. This copy, however, sold for $175,000! It was found during renovations in a house and was used as insulation, hence damaged.

This mover found a magician’s box set – a 6ft long wooden box and three smaller boxes fitted inside. Of course, he was not quite sure what this was until he found out the owner of the house was a magician.
