Getting revenge on a bad parker comes in many forms, like leaving a note or probably blocking them. However, this driver went a little bit too far as they lifted the offender’s car on top of a cage. That move was rather harsh as this driver would have a hard time getting their car down.
Oh, so this is how they acheived this incredible feat of human engineering! Bravo, science.

The person bringing out this revenge had a lot of time on their hand to type and deliver this message, and it had some level of anger in it. Probably the handwriting may not be the best. The bad parker was sure taken aback, but the note poster sure has a lot of sense of humor.
While people wait their whole lives to be awarded something, we doubt that this is the kind that one hangs up on their wall.
