This picture displays the steps to helping a shy person get some condoms. You can just park badly and hope the “condom fairy” will pop up and dish you a few. What they were trying to do is to get this driver to tread with caution and alter the future’s reproduction persons or help those coming to have more common sense when it comes to parking.
We really hope that the target of this letter did not allow its mean words to deter their family-building ambitions.
